Review Your Weight Loss Goals
Thinking about loosing weight? Did you decide to loose weight as your new year resolution? You may have already decided to purchase a membership and go to the gym. Now that you are over three weeks into the new year and, some people have already given up on their weight loss goals, it is time to revisit those goals, to become inspired and re-motivated!
One quick weight loss tip suggested in a previous post was to “eliminate some foods from your meal plan and reduce your intake of others. Go see the documentary film, Food, Inc and then you can decide on one quick dietary lifestyle strategy to implement into your everyday routine.” You can read the entire post here…..
An additional step you can implement is add more grains and fiber into your meal plan. You will note that as you add more grains into your diet you won’t need to think about eliminating foods. The additional grains and fiber will automatically result in the elimination of high caloric, high fat foods. You’ll start to eat nutrient dense foods, have more energy and notice a glow and improvement in your skin. Your eyes will begin to sparkle. How great is that? These benefits will inspire and motivate you.
Revisit the documentary film, Food, Inc. and go for it! Remember I’m your biggest fan and cheerleader.

I am happy to say almost four weeks along my path…I am still focused. After viewing the trailer for Food Inc. it reminded me of when I would go everyday to buy lunch…fried chicken wings/mumbo sauce on the side/cottage fries and of course a coke…this was every day for over two years (1990’s) and I had nerve to wonder how was I 60 pounds overweight??? The next thing that struck me so strange was…what kind of chickens were they getting the wings from…they were some of the biggest wings I have ever seen (makes you want to go ummm??) I do believe people have to be allowed to make their own choices in life and it cannot be the responsibility of governmental agencies to force us to stop killing ourselves…so…I say WAKE UP AMERICA
