		<description>I had to look at how I was raised to help break a habit that was having a negative impact on my health. Growing up...a meal was not a meal without dessert, so it was normal after my meals (lunch and dinner) to have something sweet. I had to learn that sweet did not necessarily mean cake, cookies, pies, etc. but could be something healthier like a baked apple or some other fruit substitute. I now try to encourage other family members, friends and associates to look at one area they can make a small change and build from that point to live a healthier lifestyle.</description>
