Together (Shirodhara) they  bring physical and emotional balance by rejuvenating the spirit and preserving an individual’s health.

Shirodhara is the art of pouring a blend of warm Ayurveda oils onto the forehead. It is said to open the third eye to absorb cosmic energy. On a physical level it will leave you relaxed and aid the in the treatment of headache, insomnia and sinusitis. I personally experienced the benefit of Shiro dhara treatment after my arrival in India. Following the treatment my sinus and ear congestion was completely gone and jet lag was non-existent.
